Hi! My name is Cait O.

I've been drawing as long as I can remember! But I didn't truly find my medium until I started exploring abstract art. Since then, for the last 15 years, my primary medium has been contour drawings on paper or canvas often combined with bright acrylic paint or paint markers. I appreciate the definition, intensity, and contrast that can this combination can offer as well as its expressive capacity. I love abstract art for its ability to serve as nonverbal communication of complex ideas that connect and span multiple areas of life and to create symbols that can be built upon and morphed.
